Introducing Feel Good Pregnancy: A Labor of Love and Support

I’m beyond excited (and honestly, a little emotional) to finally share a project that’s been growing in my heart for a long time—Feel Good Pregnancy.

This isn’t just another online program. It’s something deeply personal. I created this during my own pregnancy, a time that brought so many emotions—joy, fear, change, transformation. I knew I wanted to move, to stay grounded, to connect with my body and my baby. That’s when the idea for Feel Good Pregnancy truly took shape.

I had the absolute joy of collaborating with my dear friend and brilliant yoga teacher, David. We’ve known each other for years, and his calm presence, knowledge of the body, and gentle teaching style were exactly what I needed during my pregnancy. Together, we designed this program specifically for pregnant women—whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, these classes meet you where you are.

Here’s the beautiful part: while filming this program, I did every class myself. This wasn’t about posing for the camera—it was real, raw, and incredibly healing. Each breath, each stretch, and each gentle flow helped me connect with my changing body, calm my mind, and build strength for what was to come. Yoga became my safe space during a time of so much change. It gave me energy on the days I felt sluggish, and peace on the days I felt anxious.

Pregnancy yoga is more than just movement. It’s a practice that nourishes you physically and emotionally. It can ease common pregnancy symptoms like back pain and fatigue. It prepares the body for labor and birth. And maybe most importantly, it gives you the space to slow down and feel—your body, your baby, your breath.

I truly believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and centered during

pregnancy. That’s why we created this. Feel Good Pregnancy is gentle but empowering. Practical but soulful. And now, it’s ready for you.

My hope is that this program becomes a little piece of calm and connection for other women, just like it was for me. Whether you're a first-time mama or adding another little one to your family, I hope Feel Good Pregnancy supports you every step of the way.

With all my heart,

Jorien 🤍
